The Lux List ("we", "us") publishes an email newsletter covering travel, money and lifestyle for readers in Luxembourg and the Greater Region. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

Your email address. This is collected only when you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, and only when you confirm that subscription by clicking the link in the confirmation email we send you (double opt-in).
Basic email engagement data. Our email provider records whether messages are delivered, opened, and whether links are clicked. We use this only to understand whether our content is useful and whether our emails are reaching inboxes.
We do not collect names, addresses, payment details, or any other personal information. We do not ask you to create an account.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising trackers, or any third-party analytics on this website.
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone.
We do not send you messages you did not ask for.
This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Our website and email provider, MailerLite, may set strictly necessary cookies required for the site and signup form to function.
We process your email address on the basis of your consent, which you give when you subscribe and confirm your subscription. You can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing, using the link at the bottom of every email we send.
We use MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, Ireland) to store our subscriber list and send our newsletters. MailerLite acts as our data processor and handles your email address on our behalf. Their own privacy policy is available at mailerlite.com.
Our website and domain are hosted through MailerLite and Spaceship respectively.
We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your address is removed from our active list. Records of unsubscribes may be retained where necessary to ensure we do not contact you again.
Some links in our newsletter and on this website are affiliate links. If you click one and go on to make a purchase, we may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you.
